Role Description:
The Affiliate Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach and influence
through the development and management of robust affiliate partnerships. This position is ideal for a creative and driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is
passionate about the gaming industry. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for
identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partnerships to drive effective penetration and successful growth for the companies we service.

Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify, recruit, and secure
new affiliate partnerships opportunities.
● Leverage creative thinking and industry insights to craft innovative affiliate marketing
strategies that align with the company's goals, driving traffic and conversions.
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on the performance of affiliate campaigns
to allocate resources efficiently and optimize results and returns.
● Regularly report performance of affiliates
● Monitor affiliate activities addressing any issues promptly to maintain integrity
and reputation.
● Equip affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively
market our services, nurturing long-term, productive partnerships.
● Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders, including
affiliates, team members, and executive leadership.
● Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting
effective communication and teamwork.
● Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless
integration of affiliate marketing efforts with broader company objectives and
campaigns.
● Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring
affiliate campaigns meet legal requirements. 

Key Competencies:
● Minimum a year of experience in an iGaming Affiliation role.
● Effective command of communication in English, both written and verbal, to clearly
convey strategies, goals, and expectations.
● Passionate about Casino/Crypto Casino/Sports would be a plus.
● A deep understanding of the latest iGaminig trends and technologies.
● Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with
affiliates, partners, and internal teams.
● Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to negotiate favorable terms and contracts with
affiliates.
● Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies to meet and
exceed performance goals.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret performance data and
make informed decisions to optimize affiliate campaigns.
