VP of Engineering

We seek a visionary VP of Engineering to lead our technical teams and shape the future of our platforms.

The new VP of Engineering will drive the technical direction of the company, ensuring our platforms are robust, scalable, and industry-leading. This role demands an exceptional leader with a proven track record in building high-performing teams, architecting complex systems, and delivering transformative products in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee all engineering efforts, optimize integrations with third-party platforms, and ensure we remain at the forefront of the iGaming market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Define and execute the technical strategy, driving innovation and aligning engineering with business objectives.
● Lead the development of secure, high-performance platforms utilizing modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend technologies like Golang and RESTful APIs.
● Ensure platform stability, scalability, and responsiveness to meet growing user demands.
● Build and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
● Manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional gaming products.
● Optimize architectures for seamless integrations with third-party providers, including payment gateways, game suppliers, and data platforms.
● Implement best practices for frontend performance, accessibility, and security across multiple devices and platforms.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product, marketing, and operations goals.
● Pioneer features like multi-currency wallets, real-time data processing, and enhanced user analytics to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
● Drive efficiency through effective resource allocation, risk mitigation, and robust monitoring systems.

Qualifications:

● Proven leadership experience in a senior engineering role, ideally as a VP or CTO, in iGaming or high-transaction, regulated industries.
● Deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend technologies (Golang, Node.js, or equivalent).
● Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
● Extensive experience in architecting and scaling API-driven systems and managing third-party integrations.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
● Exceptional ability to build and lead engineering teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
● Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of large-scale distributed systems.
