- Design, build, and maintain backend services with performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability at the core.

- Integrate and optimize messaging systems and background services.

- Participate in product and architecture discussions with real influence on the roadmap.

- Stay ahead of the curve with new tools and frameworks that keep the platform evolving.

✅ What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in backend software development.

- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, MS SQL, distributed systems, and caching (e.g., Redis).

- Bonus: Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
