The ideal candidate brings deep financial expertise within the gaming industry, combining strategic foresight with hands-on operational excellence. As Finance Director, you’ll oversee every aspect of financial planning, analysis, compliance, and growth strategy — while building out a world-class finance function.

💼 Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term business goals.

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions.

- Manage cash flow and banking relationships to support operations and expansion.

- Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement robust financial controls.

- Ensure full compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax obligations.

- Establish internal controls to protect company assets.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance and treasury team.

- Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategies with business needs.

- Contribute to group structure planning and support corporate strategy.

- Evaluate and manage financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Provide strategic insight to identify new opportunities and drive profitability.

- Lead the annual audit process and interface with auditors and the board's Audit Committee.

- Deliver clear, concise monthly financial reports to the board and executive team.

- Own the company’s financial planning processes and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎓 Qualifications

- CPA certification required

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

- 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role

- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management

- Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to simplify complex data

- Proficiency in accounting platforms and data analytics tools

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
