We’re hiring on behalf of a leading iGaming client for a Casino Executive to join their growing operations team in Malta.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven individual with experience in casino operations who enjoys working across multiple brands and markets. The right candidate will thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment and have a passion for precision, player experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Casino Operations
- Coordinate daily game launches, ensuring accurate category assignment, thumbnails, and market availability.
- Maintain and update casino lobbies across brands with top-performing titles, seasonal themes, and new releases.
- Perform frequent QA checks to validate that games are displaying correctly across markets and platforms.
- Log and report game issues to providers; support follow-up with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Manually test new games to confirm compatibility across devices and geographies.
- Investigate and escalate game-related issues raised by Customer Support or VIP teams.
- Provide ad hoc operational support to senior managers, including reporting and documentation.
Campaign & Promotion Support
- Collaborate with CRM and Product teams to validate campaign setups, ensuring correct segmentation, bonus eligibility, and game inclusion.
- Test and review promotional emails, links, and bonus logic to ensure seamless player journeys.
- Conduct end-to-end sanity checks from a player perspective to catch inconsistencies or broken flows.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Continuously monitor live lobbies and campaigns to identify and report anomalies or off-brand elements.
- Track game performance data to spot trends, flag underperforming content, and recommend replacements.
- Maintain structured logs and proactively communicate issues to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in casino operations, content management, or a related iGaming function.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a methodical approach to daily tasks.
- Strong player-first mindset, always considering the end-user experience.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel (pivot tables), Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of casino game categories, bonus mechanics, and player segmentation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
