About the Role

We are building a next-generation automation engine — a system that generates, deploys, and manages large-scale web assets using AI, data pipelines, and modern cloud architecture.We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer / Full-Stack Architect to serve as the first technical hire and help build the core platform from the ground up.You will work directly with the founding team and have major ownership over architecture, engineering decisions, and future technical direction.

What You Will Build

You will design and implement systems involving:
• High-scale automated web generation
• Dynamic templates and content structures
• Data ingestion from external sources and APIs
• Backend pipelines and serverless functions
• Deployment automation across cloud environments
• Monitoring, logging, and fault tolerance
• Integration with machine learning/AI-driven modules

You will not be building “websites.”
You will be building an engine that produces and maintains them at scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect and build the first version of the core automation platform
• Develop backend systems for generating and serving web assets
• Design modular structures for scalable templates and data pipelines
• Implement API integrations and automated update cycles
• Set up automated deployment workflows and infrastructure
• Build internal tools for monitoring performance and stability
• Collaborate with the founders on technical strategy and roadmap
• Prepare the system to scale to thousands of deployments

This role is ideal for someone who loves complexity, automation, and creating systems that do things other people think are impossible.

Required Skills

• Expert in Python or Node.js
• Strong experience with automation, APIs, and backend architecture
• Experience with serverless, cloud functions, or distributed systems
• Strong understanding of web generation, templating, or dynamic content systems
• Comfortable with DevOps, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD
• Experience with data processing, scraping, or structured data systems
• Ability to design systems for performance, scale, and reliability
• Strong problem-solving and “builder” mentality

Bonus Skills(Not required but highly valuable)

• Experience with AI/ML, embeddings, LLMs
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, or edge computing
• Experience with SEO tooling or large-scale content systems
• Experience with NoSQL databases or GraphDB
• Security mindset and ability to build resilient architectures
