We’re hiring a highly experienced Affiliate-Style Acquisition Manager to build and scale the funnels that drive our short-term GGR, fast payback, and high-value player acquisition.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with an affiliate background who knows how to run schemed traffic, build Telegram/WhatsApp communities, and optimise PWAs for maximum conversion.

The Role

Your mission:

👉Build and scale acquisition funnels that maximise GGR per depositor
👉Run CIS-style Facebook casino campaigns & funnels but with Brazil/LATAM experience
👉Build and optimise Telegram/WhatsApp “tipster” or “signal” groups
👉Create PWA funnels that convert quickly
👉Hit fast break-even KPIs and push continuous improvement

What You’ll Do

Schemed Traffic Acquisition
● Run CIS-style Facebook casino campaigns & funnels but with Brazil/LATAM experience
● Develop and test creative angles that drive high-quality deposits
● Optimise funnels to shorten time-to-depositor and reduce payback period

Telegram & WhatsApp Growth

● Build, manage, and scale signal/tipster-style groups
● Drive member activity, trust, and high-value action
● Use behavioural triggers to push sharp spikes in GGR

PWA Funnel Creation & Optimisation

● Build fast, clean PWAs tailored for casino acquisition
● Continuously A/B test flows, offers, and design
● Monitor user behaviour and optimise for short-term value

Performance Strategy

● Own KPIs around GGR/depositor, break-even windows, and funnel efficiency
● Report insights and propose strategic improvements
● Work closely with Product, CRM, and Marketing to enhance performance

Partner & Micro-Influencer Collaboration

● Work with small creators, affiliates, or traffic partners
● Scale what works quickly and efficiently

Who You Are

You are likely a

● Former or current casino affiliate
● Schemed-traffic media buyer
● Arbitrage/performance marketer with Brazil/LATAM experience and knows what converts in those regions

You have

● Deep experience with casino acquisition
● Strong knowledge of Facebook schemed traffic
● Proven ability to build/monetise Telegram/WhatsApp groups
● Experience creating or optimising PWAs for conversion
● A strategic mindset with strong execution
● High autonomy, speed, and problem-solving
● A “no ego, no drama” approach and startup mentality

Bonus: 

Experience in other LATAM regions, Portuguese/Spanish fluency, affiliate network connections.
