We’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Compliance Officer to support our Legal & Compliance function on a part-time basis (approx. 20 hours/week).
This role is perfect for someone early in their compliance career who is excited by regulation, due diligence, and risk management — and wants hands-on exposure inside a growing iGaming studio.
You’ll work closely with senior compliance/legal personnel and support daily compliance operations across documentation, reporting, KYC/KYB, and internal coordination.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Due Diligence & KYC / KYB Support
Collecting, reviewing, and maintaining due diligence documentation for partners (operators, aggregators, providers, suppliers)
Supporting the completion of KYC/KYB questionnaires and information requests
Helping monitor periodic reviews and keeping third-party files updated
📊 Compliance Reporting & Regulatory Support
Assisting with internal compliance reporting, risk registers, and management updates
Supporting regulatory, licensing, certification, or audit-related submissions
Maintaining trackers for deadlines, correspondence, and compliance commitments
📄 Policies, Procedures & Documentation
Supporting the drafting, formatting, and updating of internal compliance policies (AML/CTF, sanctions, responsible gaming, data protection, marketing compliance, complaints handling, etc.)
Managing version control and ensuring documents are stored correctly
Helping ensure teams always have access to the latest approved documentation
🛡️ Monitoring & Risk Support
Supporting monitoring tasks such as checklist reviews and log updates
Maintaining compliance registers (incident logs, complaints logs, marketing approval logs)
Assisting with audit preparation and internal reviews
Supporting compliance coordination around game certifications and technical assessments
🤝 Stakeholder & Partner Support
Acting as a first-line contact (under supervision) for basic compliance queries
Supporting internal teams such as commercial, product, and tech
Preparing due diligence packs and standard responses for external stakeholders
📌 Other Tasks
Supporting additional compliance-related tasks as required in a fast-moving environment.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Degree (or final-year student) in Law, Business, Finance, Criminology, or similar
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident written and spoken English
Comfortable working in a digital environment (shared drives, collaboration tools, tracking systems)
Genuine interest in compliance, regulation, risk, and/or iGaming
Nice to Have
Internship or 1–2 years experience in compliance, legal, corporate services, finance, or regulated industries
Familiarity with AML/CTF, KYC/KYB, sanctions, GDPR, responsible gaming
Exposure to iGaming, fintech, payments, or another regulated sector
