About Playbook

The Role
We’re looking for a CRM Manager / CRM Executive to join our growing team. You’ll work across multiple start-up brands, helping shape and run their entire CRM operation. This is a hands-on role, involving everything from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. Each brand is assigned a key contact at Playbook, and you’ll take responsibility for your assigned brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage CRM operations for assigned client brands
- Create monthly CRM strategies and plans, presented in a dedicated planning meeting
- Lead monthly performance reviews and analysis calls with clients
- Build player segments and lifecycle automations across CRM platforms
- Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite)
- Perform QA on all activity using the double-eyes principle before campaigns go live
- Collaborate closely with internal team members via Slack and Google Workspace
- Participate in daily internal alignment meetings to ensure delivery quality
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance
Who You Are
- CRM experience in iGaming is essential
- Practical experience with one or more of the following platforms: Fast Track, XtremePush, Symplify (others considered)
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and CRM automation
- Confident working independently across multiple brands
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-through
- Comfortable working remotely and using tools like Slack and Google Workspace for communication and collaboration
- A good communicator who can present CRM strategies and performance insights to clients
