About the Company
Our client is a well-established leader in the gambling industry with a solid track record and strong foundation in the land-based sector. Building on years of trusted operations and customer excellence, they have successfully expanded into the online iGaming space, offering a premium Sportsbook and Casino experience.
They are now looking to grow their remote customer support team with experienced and motivated professionals who can deliver exceptional service to players across Europe.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for players, ensuring that every interaction reflects the brand’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and care. You will handle player inquiries via email and live chat, providing fast, accurate, and friendly assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer support via email and chat (with phone support to be added later).
- Assist players with account management, payments, bonuses, verification, and technical issues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all company products, promotions, and procedures.
- Identify and escalate technical or complex cases to relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and suggesting service enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role within the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook experience is essential).
- Fluent English at C1 level or higher (both written and verbal).
- Must be based in Europe and eligible to work as an independent contractor.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Flexible to work on a shift basis (Monday–Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM UK time).
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional player experience.
Desirable
- Familiarity with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
- Additional European languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of compliance and responsible gaming best practices.
