About the Company
Our client is a well-established operator in the gambling industry with a strong reputation in the land-based sportsbook space. While they are newer to the online sector, they are backed by solid industry experience and are now growing their digital offering across both Sportsbook and Casino.
As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Customer Support Agent who can help deliver a high-quality player experience from day one. This is a fully remote role offered on a B2B contract, ideal for someone who already knows the industry well and is comfortable working in a fast-paced online gaming environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior-level Customer Support Agent with previous experience in the iGaming industry, specifically within Sportsbook, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. Casino knowledge is a strong plus, and a good understanding of horse racing would be highly beneficial.
You will be the first point of contact for players, handling queries across email and live chat and making sure support is delivered in a professional, efficient, and player-focused way. This is a great opportunity to join a growing online operation at an early stage and make a real impact.
Ideal start date: 1st May.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer support via email and live chat.
Assist players with account queries, payments, bonuses, verification, and general technical issues.
Support players across both Sportsbook and Casino products.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, promotions, and internal procedures.
Identify, investigate, and escalate more complex or technical issues when needed.
Ensure all support is delivered in line with responsible gaming policies and regulatory standards.
Contribute to improving the overall customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
Previous experience in a senior customer support role within the iGaming industry.
Mandatory sportsbook knowledge and hands-on industry experience.
Casino experience is a strong advantage.
A good grasp of horse racing would be ideal.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Must be based in Europe and able to work on a B2B / contractor basis.
Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple queries effectively.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Flexible to work shifts across Monday to Sunday.
