🌎 Opportunity Overview

We are engaging an experienced iGaming platform consultant to support a short-term strategic review of player retention and platform performance for our proprietary casino platform operating in Brazil and the wider LATAM region.

This engagement is ideal for a senior product, platform, or technical specialist with hands-on experience building, launching, or optimising casino platforms in regulated or grey LATAM markets.

🎯 Focus of the Engagement

The consultant will help evaluate and optimise factors influencing player lifetime value and engagement, with a particular focus on:

• Platform product design and UX

• Retention mechanics across the player lifecycle

• Post-FTD player journey and engagement triggers

• Platform configuration, logic, and technical considerations

• Bonus mechanics, wagering requirements, and player communication

• Front-end traffic funnels, including:

  • Direct

  • PWA

  • Telegram

CRM activity is already underway separately; this engagement focuses on platform-, product-, and funnel-level insights.

🧩 Scope of Work

• Review the end-to-end player experience on a proprietary casino platform

• Assess how platform design and technical setup influence player engagement

• Identify optimisation opportunities across product, UX, payments, and mechanics

• Evaluate retention performance across different traffic sources

• Provide structured, actionable recommendations to improve player value and engagement

The consultant should be comfortable operating in complex environments and forming clear hypotheses based on data, experience, and platform behaviour.

🧠 Required Experience

• Strong background in iGaming platform development or optimisation

• Direct involvement in a platform build, migration, or major optimisation project

• Deep understanding of casino product mechanics and player behaviour

• Experience working with platforms operating in Brazil and/or LATAM

• Knowledge of:

  • Front-end funnels and traffic sources

  • Backend/platform logic and limitations

  • Payments, bonuses, and wagering structures

• Ability to work independently and deliver clear, practical outputs

• Former or current platform product lead, senior product manager, platform consultant, or technical specialist

• Experience with both proprietary and turnkey casino platforms

• Comfortable with short-term consulting assignments

• Prior LATAM-focused consulting or operational experience strongly preferred
